Proposal for Café, Carts & Catering Services
My team and I successfully won a spot for a 3-year food service contract at the Chicago Botanic Gardens. I created and directed the branding behind the collateral pieces from start to finish, starting with a unique invitation: inside an earthen pot was the surprise of a naked chocolate cupcake, and inside each seed packet the recipient would find frosting, sprinkles, and a biodegradable knife to dress and savor their own frosted cake. Next, we took a gamble by skipping a printed proposal in favor of an ecological, paperless option — a branded thumb drive containing our full presentation. These are some of the pieces that helped us take home the win.
